Enterprise AI: private or cloud
The major AI services on the market are excellent for many uses, as long as the data is not sensitive. Your trade secrets, customer data or proprietary code, however, call for models hosted on your own infrastructure, out of reach of extraterritorial laws (CLOUD Act, FISA). We classify your use cases by data sensitivity and design the right architecture for each, governed like a critical system and tested beforehand in our R&D lab.
Who is it for?
Technical leaders, manufacturers and regulated organisations that want to make the most of LLMs without losing control of their data.
Deliverables
- Use cases classified by data sensitivity
- Model selection (managed services or open-weight) and GPU sizing
- RAG architecture over your document repositories
- Fine-grained access control (RBAC): each user sees only their own data
- Cloud, on-premise, hybrid or SecNumCloud deployment
- Observability, quality evaluation and cost control

Cybersecurity: audit, defence and response
We audit your configurations, architecture and code to find the weak spots, then strengthen what is fragile: identities, privileged access, segmentation, encryption. We set up the detection that alerts you in time and, if an attack happens, we step in to contain it, investigate and restore service. In regulated sectors, these measures are aligned with your obligations: PCI DSS, GDPR, SecNumCloud, Cyber Resilience Act.
Who is it for?
SMEs, mid-sized companies, software vendors and manufacturers that want to know their real exposure, prepare for ransomware or meet their customers’ security requirements.
Deliverables
- Security-focused configuration audits, architecture reviews and code reviews
- Zero Trust architecture: identities, MFA, privileged accounts, network segmentation
- Hardening of servers, Active Directory, Kubernetes and containers
- Security monitoring (SIEM, EDR) and vulnerability management
- Incident response, digital forensics and ransomware recovery
- Team awareness and secure development training

Architecture audit & strategy
Before investing, you need to know where you stand. We audit your application and infrastructure architecture, identify the real risks and build with you a prioritised, costed and realistic roadmap.
Who is it for?
CIOs, CTOs and executive teams preparing a migration, a tender, a funding round or a compliance programme.
Deliverables
- Map of your current landscape (applications, data flows, infrastructure)
- Analysis of security, resilience and vendor dependency
- Assessment of technical debt and operating costs
- Target architecture and prioritised roadmap
- Clear findings for both technical teams and management

Solution architecture & hybrid cloud
Sinovatech designs complete architectures for IoT, secure payments and industrial digital services. Each component is hosted at the right level: public cloud where it makes sense, trusted cloud or on-premise when the data requires it.
Who is it for?
Software vendors, manufacturers and integrators launching a new product, responding to a tender or modernising a platform.
Deliverables
- Reference architectures and technical architecture documents
- Design of IoT, microservices, API and event-driven architectures
- Multi-cloud, hybrid and sovereign strategy
- Pre-sales support and technical responses to tenders
- Optimisation of cost, scalability, interoperability and security

Secure integration & DevSecOps
An architecture is only as good as the way it is delivered and run. We set up CI/CD pipelines, container platforms and end-to-end observability, with security built into every step.
Who is it for?
Product and infrastructure teams that want to ship more often, with less risk and better traceability.
Deliverables
- CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, Azure DevOps or Jenkins
- Containerisation and orchestration with Kubernetes / OpenShift
- Code and vulnerability scanning (SonarQube, Trivy)
- Certificates, encryption of data and communications
- Centralised monitoring and observability
- Secrets management, hardening and least privilege

Complex incident resolution
The most costly incidents hide between two layers: an application slowed down by the network, an expired certificate, a saturated database, a connected device that does not talk properly to the software. Everyone checks their own part and finds nothing. We follow the problem from one layer to the next, from the code down to the hardware, to find its real cause. Then we fix it, or leave you a precise plan to do so.
Who is it for?
Manufacturers, software vendors and organisations whose critical system fails, slows down or degrades for no apparent reason.
Deliverables
- Fast response, remotely or on site
- Analysis of logs, metrics, network flows and configurations
- Root cause identified, not just the symptoms
- Immediate fix or workaround
- Incident report and measures to prevent it happening again

Frequently asked questions
What we are often asked.
Should you give up American AI or the public cloud?
No. The major AI and public cloud services are often the best choice for non-sensitive data: public documentation, writing assistance, prototyping. The question is which data can go there. We help you classify your use cases and keep sovereign hosting for what genuinely warrants it.
Is a self-hosted LLM as capable as a commercial service?
Recent open-weight models cover a large share of business uses (document search, summarisation, coding assistance), especially when coupled with your own data through a RAG architecture. Sizing and model choice are based on your real, measured use cases, not on promises.
Do you work on existing systems or only on new projects?
Both, and most often on existing systems. Most of the value lies in integration: authentication, access rights, data flows, operations. That is precisely where projects fail when they are designed in a vacuum.
Can you step in quickly on an ongoing outage or cyberattack?
Yes. Describe the symptom and its context: we start with a remote analysis, then come on site if needed, with a scope and price agreed before we begin. Under attack, the priority is to contain it, then find where it came from and bring your systems back into service.
Can you support us in responding to a tender?
Yes, including international public and private tenders: proposed architecture, costing, answers to security and interoperability requirements, technical presentation.
A project or an architecture question?
Audit, cybersecurity, private AI, migration or tender: let’s spend 30 minutes scoping what you need. No commitment.
